Lack of Measles Vaccine

Lack of Measles Vaccine

Published By HealthcareLink , 4 years ago

The Federal Government and GPs are finding options when GlaxoSmithKline Australia advised that 2 of the measles vaccines are not enough.

Dr. Tony Bartone, AMA President told that getting vaccinated is still very essential for those who are planning to go to tourist spots in southeast Asia where Australians got the measles from.

There have been 83 cases of measles reported nationally until 5th of April 2019.

AMA recommended the Government to fund the universal recovery of vaccinations for all Australians via National Immunisation Program.
