This micro skills course from NHS Health Education England introduces the concept of vestibular rehabilitation: helping people to manage their symptoms of dizziness. It will discuss the concept of what maintaining balance means and briefly review the systems that are used in the body to maintain balance, including the ones found in the ear. It will explore the notion of compensation and survey the various elements or tools used in vestibular rehabilitation.
