Refunds Policy
Other than stated above for each form of enrollment, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Talisium will not offer refunds on any fees and charges related to your purchase of any products or Services. This includes any partially used or unused periods for which you have already paid. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. For subscription-based enrollments, upon the termination of your subscription—whether by disenrollment or graduation—you will not be charged for future monthly fees. However, you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged fees. If you purchase any Online Course or Service through a mobile purchase or third-party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Android App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by Talisium. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by Talisium, the third-party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and Talisium will have no refund obligations. Talisium disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.

eLearning courses available through Talisium are provided by Talisium Course Partners and do not in any way constitute a qualification or accreditation from that Talisium Course Partner.
Certificates provided at the end of each course are issued by Talisium under licence and cannot be used by students to seek membership, fellowship or any other form of recognition by the Talisium Course Partner.
eLearning courses available through Talisium may contain references to laws, regulations, policies and practice guidelines or those from a country other than where you reside and practice.
eLearning courses available through Talisium may contain features that are not optimised for mobile devices.
Access to the Talisium eLearning platform and content is intended for licensed health and medical professionals. Where courses available through Talisium have been translated into a language other than English, Talisium does not warrant the accuracy and reliability of the translations or the content provided by third parties (including but not limited to local regulations, clinical guidelines, terminology, drug names and drug dosages). Talisium is not responsible for any errors and omissions arising from translation and adaptation or otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated, access to a course available through Talisium shall expire a maximum of 12 months from date of purchase or enrolment, whichever occurs first.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Cancelling your subscription means your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. You will continue to have access to your Talisium eLearning dashboard for the remainder of that subscription period.

How do I pay for my subscription?
HealthcareLink members can pay for their Talisium subscription by clicking the Subscribe Now button. When your transaction is completed, you will be taken straight to your Talisium eLearning dashboard where you can immediately begin your learning journey.
How do I pay for Talisium courses?
Free courses are just that; 100% free. They can easily be located in your Talisium dashboard. Simply select your course, click 'Enrol' and you can begin the course immediately.
Payment for premium courses can be made by credit card or paypal only via your Talisium eLearning account. Payment gives you immediate access to the course. Or you can store the courses on your dashboard and complete at a time convenient to you.

Once you subscribe to Talisium, you can access your eLearning dashboard by clicking on ‘Learn Now’ anytime it appears on a course posted by eLearning by Talisium.
Are Talisium's courses accredited for continuous professional development (CPD) or continuing medical education (CME)?
Talisium courses have been developed by their global network of content partners and providers. Whilst many of the courses are produced for the UK's NHS, with some containing references to NHS practices and country specific legislation, the overall content is relevant to all healthcare environments worldwide.
Certificates of completion will automatically be added to your dashboard and can be downloaded once a course has been completed. These can be used as evidence of learning for training and CPD/CME purposes. You will need to check with your governing body about CPD standards and requirements.
Talisium courses are not qualifications of any formal assessment..
