This ALM will address the prevalence of complex multi-morbidity in Australia for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous Australians. The session will also provide an outline of the different types of chronic diseases that contribute to multi-morbidity while highlighting the unique role GPs and practice teams play in supporting these patients through critical clinical management.

This workshop will provide GPs with the knowledge and skills to develop an effective approach to their patients with multi-morbidity.
