9-week Autism Parental Stress Relief Program

The 9-week Autism Parental Stress Relief Program is a comprehensive, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming course designed specifically for parents of autistic children. Unlike traditional behavior-focused programs, this course begins with the parent’s own mental health and emotional regulation. It helps parents understand their child’s behavior through a compassionate, brain-based lens, while also addressing the parent’s stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Created by Jackie Hall, a registered counsellor with over 15 years of experience, the program has supported over 4,000 families and integrates lived experience, professional expertise, and evidence-based strategies. 

The course includes 44 video modules, worksheets, scripts, and tools that are accessible in both audio and written formats. It covers topics such as meltdowns, shutdowns, school refusal, anxiety, PDA, sibling conflict, and emotional co-regulation. Parents learn to shift from reactive to responsive parenting, reduce invisible demands, and build stronger connections with their children.

Depending on the enrolment tier, participants also gain access to monthly live group counselling sessions, a private Facebook community, direct email support from Jackie, and lifetime access to all materials. The program is eligible for NDIS funding in Australia under specific conditions.
