Become a Healthcare Innovator in 12 Weeks

The CICA Lab Incubator Program is a 12-week intensive designed to empower clinicians to become healthcare innovators. Cohort 5 runs from 16 March to 5 June 2026, offering a blended learning experience that combines in-person workshops, online webinars, and virtual community engagement. Participants will gain access to over 80 mentors, including successful entrepreneurs and healthcare leaders, who provide firsthand insights into innovation and commercialization. The program includes three in-person workshops delivered monthly by industry experts, supplemented by 12 weekly webinars that dive deep into essential tools for healthcare innovation. Participants are grouped into entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial streams, ensuring tailored content that aligns with their goals. Expert coaching is provided by leaders such as Dr. Amandeep Hansra, Dr. Mian Bi, and Richard Macliver, offering personalized guidance throughout the journey. The incubator also facilitates connections with funders and decision-makers, enabling participants to validate and advance their ideas in real-world contexts. A vibrant virtual community supports collaboration, networking, and peer learning, fostering an environment of mutual growth. By the end of the program, clinicians will have developed the skills, confidence, and networks needed to transform innovative ideas into impactful healthcare solutions.
