This one hour webinar provides foundational knowledge in the area of Complex Trauma. This webinar is aimed at a diverse range of roles and focused on understanding trauma.

- Discuss regulation strategies
This webinar is part of Blue Knot Foundation's Building Trauma Awareness Webinar Series. This series has been designed to provide information on understanding trauma and its impacts, to offer space for professionals to self-reflect on wellbeing and remember the importance of relationship in healing.
