In this scenario you will follow Sue, a health care assistant (HCA) working at the Long Malden Hospital.
Sue recently started working on the acute medical unit (AMU) and is working through the 15 Standards of the Care Certificate.
The handover has just taken place.
Sue has been asked to assist Joan with personal care.
