Matthew Stanlake will be presenting a lecture on ways to improve customer service skills in a clinical setting.
Matthew is the founder/managing director of a multi-award winning healthcare clinic, Upwell Health Collective, which is situated in the centre of Camberwell. Since the opening of his clinic, Matthew and his team got awarded the (i) Allied Health Career Excellent 2018 (ii) Allied Health Excellence in Leadership & Management 2018 and (iii) Melbourne Design Gold Award.
Previously, Matthew has worked across different healthcare setting since 2006. In 2011, Matthew took a career change and secured a States Sales Manager position with an Australian independent beverage company, Made group. He subsequently got promoted to Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, working as the Head of Commercial Business within the company.
