The module addresses key topics, such as caring for individuals experiencing homelessness, managing heart failure, and supporting patients with neuromuscular disorders. It also explores specialized techniques, including intrathecal drug delivery, non-invasive ventilation for motor neurone disease, and tracheostomy care. Additionally, learners will gain insights into discussing sensitive issues like intimacy during end-of-life care.

Course content

This module consists of seven in-depth courses, each focusing on a unique aspect of specialist care at the end of life. Each course is designed for concise yet comprehensive learning, taking approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
