In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll explore: 

• The Hurdle2Hope® Roadmap: Crisis, Turmoil, Growth 

• How to adjust your approach depending on where your client is emotionally 

• How to stay present without absorbing distress 

• How to reflect after sessions so you don’t carry everything home 

You’ll receive a certificate for 1.5 hours of reflective CPD.
