Physiotherapy and cancer care in the face of COVID-19

  • : Online

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented a global challenge for the modern era of haematology and oncology.

During this lecture and panel discussion to follow, the cancer sector response will be presented, with an exploration of why this patient cohort is particularly vulnerable. The resultant changes in physiotherapy practice and implications of such changes will be further discussed.

Oncology survivorship issues will be considered in the present and the future, as we forecast the outlook of oncology and physiotherapy after COVID-19.
