The Youth Friendly Doctor (YFD) program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to remain up to date with the most pertinent issues affecting young people and how to best manage these issues.

This workshop will provide medical professionals with an understanding of the potential risks, the safety and mental wellbeing of young people and the issues they face online.

Topics being covered include the types of social media and how they are used among young people, positive and negative impacts of social media and common signs of cyber-bullying in young patients.
