The ENSA 2023 Annual Meeting - Raising the Bar in Endocrinology Nursing

This year we will meet at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

On behalf of the 2023 ENSA conference committee, we would like to extend a warm invitation to our ENSA members and business partners to participate in the Nurses’ Conference to be held at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Brisbane, Queensland on 27th November 2023.

The annual ENSA Conference provides a unique forum for Endocrine Nurses to engage in discussion, exchange ideas and information as well as be informed about current practise in our specialised field.

The theme of the 2023 ENSA conference is ‘Raising the Bar in Endocrinology Nursing.’

Traditionally nurses working in endocrinology have focused on the care and management of people living with endocrine disorders. With emerging knowledge that genetics play a role in many endocrine conditions such as Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia disorders (MEN), thyroid cancers, Von Hippel-Lindau Syndrome, Neurofibromatosis type I and Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs); questions such as: How does this knowledge impact endocrine practise? What new treatment options are available? What will this mean for our patients and their families? And how can we as endocrine nurses’ best care for our patients?
