Webinar 5: Treating Depression with e-couch
This is the fifth in a series of stand-alone webinars. e-couch, developed by the Australian National University, provides evidence-based information and teaches strategies drawn from cognitive, behavioural and interpersonal therapies as well as relaxation and physical activity. GPs will learn how this and other e-Mental Health programs can be incorporated into the general practice environment.The webinar series
The series examines some of the online mental health treatment programs that GPs need to know about, focusing on evidence-based programs that have been developed in Australia. The evidence around the efficacy and usefulness of different programs will be discussed along with practice aspects of using the programs.
