Webinar 75: HIMAA Town Hall 2026

The Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA) will host Webinar 75: HIMAA Town Hall 2026 on 25 February 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM AEDT via Zoom. This interactive online session is presented by the HIMAA Board of Directors and CEO, offering members and participants an opportunity to engage directly with the leadership team.

The Town Hall format is designed to provide updates on HIMAA’s current initiatives, strategic plan, consultations, projects, and upcoming events. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the Association’s direction, priorities, and advocacy efforts within the health information management profession. The session also emphasizes transparency and inclusivity, encouraging participants to ask questions, share feedback, and contribute to shaping the future of HIMAA.

The Board of Directors—including President Catherine Garvey, Senior Vice President Cassandra Rupnik, Vice President Louise Edmonds, Treasurer Shane Sanfilippo, and Board Members Nicole Payne, Timothy Nelson, and Sally McIntosh—will join CEO Sallyanne Wissmann in leading discussions. Their collective expertise ensures that attendees benefit from diverse perspectives on governance, professional standards, and industry challenges.

The webinar is complimentary, making it accessible to all interested participants. Additionally, attendees who participate for at least 45 minutes will earn 5 CPD points, reinforcing HIMAA’s commitment to professional development.
