In this scenario you will follow Anna, a support worker at the Southwick Park secure mental health unit.

Anna has recently started at the unit and is working through the 15 Standards of the Care Certificate.

She is just arriving for her shift and will shortly go into the handover; first she needs to make sure that she’s ready to join the team.
