Overview

  • The Graduate Certificate of Health Clinical Education focuses on developing your knowledge of nursing practices and enables you to facilitate learning in the clinical setting.

  • For 2021, this degree is Commonwealth supported which means it is offered at a reduced cost. The Australian Government makes a contribution towards the cost of a student’s degree.

Further study

Once you successfully complete all courses in the Graduate Certificate of Health Clinical Education, you will receive four units of credit towards the Graduate Diploma of Nursing (Clinical Education or General specialisations) or the Master of Nursing (Clinical Educationor General specialisations). You may receive two units of credit if enrolling in other specialisations within the Graduate Diploma of Nursing or Master of Nursing.

Entry requirements

  • Completion of an Australian university 3-year bachelor degree in a health-related field, or equivalent.

English language requirements

You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.
