LM26 – Lifestyle Medicine Conference

The LM26 – Lifestyle Medicine Conference is the flagship annual event hosted by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM). Scheduled for 13–15 November 2026 in Hobart, Tasmania, LM26 will bring together a diverse community of healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, and health system leaders for three days of evidence-based learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

The theme of LM26 is “The Nature of Health: Lifestyle Medicine Pillars in Practice”. The program emphasizes the integration of lifestyle medicine into clinical care, focusing on the six foundational pillars: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances.
