This online course is designed to increase confidence in the diagnosis and management of common vulvovaginal presentations in the primary health care setting. Topics covered include; 
1. Anatomy and variants 
2. Dermatitis (bacterial vaginosis, candidiasis, dermatitis and psoriasis) 
3. Vulvodynia 
4. Dermatoses (Lichen sclerosis, Lichen planus and plasma cell vulvitis) 
5. VIN / HSIL 
6. Pigmentation changes (vitiligo and melanosis vulvae)

Relevance to General Practice

This course enhances the ability of GPs to identify, diagnose and manage a range of common vulvovaginal conditions. These conditions are often chronic in nature and if left untreated can result in significant physical and psychosocial burden.
