Hurdle2Hope
At Hurdle2Hope®, we help healthcare, disability, and aged care organisations address one of the most urgent challenges of our time: frontline staff burnout, low retention, and building a resilient workforce.
Founded by Teisha Rose, a qualified social worker, wellbeing advocate, and former NDIS Quality Auditor, Hurdle2Hope® brings both lived experience and professional insight to the heart of workforce wellbeing. Teisha has lived with multiple sclerosis for over 27 years and is now in remission from stage four breast cancer—her personal journey deeply informs her work.
Our workshops deliver practical, experience-backed strategies that help frontline workers manage stress, build resilience, and stay engaged—while continuing to deliver high-quality care.
We work with nurses, support workers, and allied health professionals to create a more supported, sustainable frontline workforce.
Because frontline staff need more than self-care tips—they need support that actually fits their reality.
At Hurdle2Hope®, we offer a fresh approach to frontline wellbeing, grounded in lived experience and professional insight. Our workshops are built for the pressures faced by nurses, support workers, and allied health professionals across healthcare, disability, and aged care.
We’ve been recognised as an emerging voice in workforce wellbeing at events like Australian Healthcare Week and the Digital Health Festival, offering something truly different: real-world tools frontline staff can use the next day.
Through our Hurdle2Hope® Roadmap, we help staff:
-
Reduce burnout and emotional overload
-
Build long-term resilience
-
Stay engaged while delivering high-quality care
It’s not just a workshop—it’s a new way to support the people who support everyone else.
