Wellness Partners Foundation is a newly incorporated not-for-profit enterprise that has applied for registration with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

The leadership, membership and founding Directors bring an abundant range of experience and skills to support the implementation of the mission.

Wellness Partners Foundation importantly enters the healthcare ecosystem with an extensive baseline network of formal partnerships and collaborative relationships that will improve access and equity to healthcare for Australia’s most vulnerable persons.

The team of health professional clinicians predominantly comprises of specially trained Credentialed Pharmacists operating within a multidisciplinary team that also include nurses, doctors and community service workers.

Our clinicians also work in close collaboration with our community partner groups, which include some of Australia’s most respected charitable and mission-based organisations.
