Grove Medical Victoria Park is a premier, doctor-owned medical centre, launched in 2019 by Dr Mary-Therese Wyatt and Dr Sean Stevens, initially as Next Practice Victoria Park before transitioning to its independent entity in early 2023. The practice's foundational mission remains steadfast: to provide caring, collaborative, and innovative healthcare where the patient’s comfort and partnership with their doctor are paramount. In its first three years, the practice demonstrated exceptional growth and resilience, rapidly expanding from just two doctors, one nurse, and one Patient Advocate to a sizable team of fourteen doctors, five nurses, a pathologist, and an administrative team of ten. This impressive trajectory was validated by their achievements, including winning Best New Business in the 2020 Vic Park Business awards and reaching the finals of the prestigious Telstra Business Awards. The team’s commitment was further highlighted by their pivotal role during the pandemic, operating the Vic Park Respiratory Clinic and administering over 50,000 vaccines, solidifying their role as a leading local health provider. They recently expanded, creating three more consulting rooms to better serve the community.
