Our medical centre is a unique practice operated by a fully qualified principal general practitioner who experienced in seving injury patient. In terms of facilities, our medical centre aims to provide patients with a comprehensive range of services including an in-house allied health team comprising Physiotherapists and exercise physiologist, as well as a fully equipped gym to support patients through their recovery. The practice will also be supported by a network of medical specialists with whom I have developed strong working relationships over the past five years, including orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain specialists, and occupational health physicians. Additional support will be available through a broader network including rehabilitation consultants, psychologists, psychiatrists, interpreters. Overall, our model is intended to function as a “one-stop” service where patients are supported from the beginning through to the end of their recovery journey. We believe this business model will be beneficial to the landlord seeking reliable, long-term tenants. We will accept a limited number of Medicare patients initially, with the intention of developing into a more fully equipped Medicare clinic in the future.
