Making an appointment

Our GPs and clinicians run by appointment.We encourage you to book an appointment, however, if the matter is urgent, you can see a GP without an appointment. Patients with an appointment take priority. Emergencies do arise and will always be given priority. Emergencies can be triaged via our nursing team.

Longer appointments are available for small procedures and pap smears. Please advise reception if a longer appointment is required.

Emergency care

In an emergency please call 000. Do not call the clinic first as you may lose valuable time in a life-threatening situation.

Home visits

Home visits and nursing home visits can be arranged for our regular patients. To book please contact the clinic and ask to speak with the practice nurse.

Practice opening hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 9:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Public holidays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Note: We are not open Christmas day.

After hours care

We provide 24 hours care for patients. DoctorDoctor is contracted by us to provide care for you when we are closed. DoctorDoctor can be contacted on 13 26 60. In emergencies please call an ambulance not the locum service.

Our Fees

We Bulk Bill patients with a current Medicare Card.  A fee will be charged if you do not a have a current Medicare Card.
