Profile Summary
Our Australian chapter began in 2010 from a small family practice in Sydney's beachside suburb of Dee Why. Over the years, our growth was in response to the community's need for greater access to healthcare.

Now, as we support hundreds of thousands of women, children and men across our practices, the underlying purpose is maintained: our patients are central to everything we do.
Area Insights
The Qualitas Health network operates in regions with diverse population densities, socio-economic backgrounds, and healthcare needs. Because they have over 40 practices across multiple states, they serve both inner-city and suburban areas. In many of their practices, patients expect modern facilities, ease of access (telehealth + physical clinics), and comprehensive GP services. The diversity of locations means they must adapt to varied community profiles: for example, practices in high density inner cities might see higher demand for after-hours access, skin cancer clinics, or cosmetic/emergency GP needs, while suburban practices may have more families, children, and chronic disease management. Integration of telehealth suggests responsiveness to both geography and convenience. The feedback testimonials suggest patients value friendliness, communication, and welcoming experience—so patient experience is a strong differentiator. Also, their network model allows sharing of best practice, economies of scale, infrastructure, and possibly consistent quality across practices. This helps ensure services are more uniformly good, supports adoption of modern methods (e.g. telehealth) and may improve healthcare access. Because of their widespread presence, they likely have to tailor service offerings to local needs while maintaining brand values. Their content suggests a strong emphasis on prevention, earlier intervention, and making healthcare accessible in a timely, locally-embedded manner.
Our Team
Why work with us
Working at Qualitas Health offers multiple benefits: you would be part of a large, growing network with over 40 practices, providing both scale (infrastructure, peer support) and local community focus. You would deliver a breadth of general practice services – preventive health, chronic disease, immunisations, skin cancer clinics, telehealth – which allows clinical variety. The ability to work either in-person or via telehealth delivers flexibility. Also, they highlight high patient satisfaction, implying good return on investment in patient relationships. Being part of a large network likely means access to continuing education, standardised procedures, and being supported by corporate infrastructure (management, technology, policy). For clinicians who care about delivering excellent patient care, being in a modern, well-resourced environment with consistent mission & values, and having opportunities for growth, this could be rewarding. There is also value in being part of something that looks to improve access to healthcare broadly, supporting community well-being. Moreover, with many practices in different areas (NSW, QLD, VIC), there may be options for different locations. The brand recognition and stability of a large network may also provide more predictable workflow, staffing, and resources than a single small practice.
