|RECRUIT||Providing the guiderails to support and navigating health professionals through the screening, registration, migration, placement, incentive programs and orientation processes to take up employment in rural and remote communities.|
Supporting health professionals in rural and remote practice through providing access to locums, fellowship preparation, family support, advice and crisis services.
|PRACTICES||Providing practical support for rural and remote general practices, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services and allied health organisations with business services and tools to support sustainable workforce.|
|EDUCATE||Facilitating access to professional development and clinical education through education and training opportunities, ensuring rural communities have access to quality care .|
|INFORM||Informing stakeholders and communities through collection of national workforce data, facilitate evidence based knowledge for policy, research and service and workforce planning and advocate for a sustainable rural and remote health workforce.|
