EDMH is a one-stop shop for health care in the surrounding community and provides a range of on-site services or hosts visiting services. The aim is to provide as many services in the community as possible to minimise the amount of travel that people need to undertake to stay healthy.

This is also a major focus of the 5-year Strategic Plan. People in the community are encouraged to provide feedback to EDMH about its strategic goals or any other health related issue that is important to them. All feedback is welcome and assists the health service to stay up to date about community needs, ideas, gaps in services and suggestions for improvement.
