The practice was established in December 1992, and we are medically owned and operated. Balmoral Street Medical Practice located at 98 Balmoral Street Hornsby, behind the Hornsby Hospital. We are a 10 minute walk from Hornsby Train Station and an 8 minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre.

This is a family general practice. We provide primary, continuing and comprehensive whole patient care to individuals, families and our local community. Strengthened by the vision and courage of those who strive to participate the healing by seeking to foster within the practice an environment of care and compassion that enables us to respond to human needs in a diversity of ways.

We seek to share our faith in simplicity, and witness to live in justice and truth. We accept responsibility as stewards of our resources and commit ourselves to the creation of a work environment that reflects the dignity and uniqueness of each person as well as the worth and value of each one’s contribution to the practice.
