  • Transfer jobs from your portal or JD's and manage all of your job posting activity on our platform.
  • Actively manage your business profile content i.e complete the business profiles, upload available articles, and upload any video content shared with us.
  • Review all direct applicants to your jobs to ensure that their HealthcareLink profiles are completed with work experience, education, certifications, credentials, CV and more.
  • Review your pool of matched members from the platform to identify potentially interested applicants and invite them to apply.

Choose Screening Support to access your personal industry expert, who will telephone screen all relevant applicants on your behalf, to turn them into a candidate. They will also transfer relevant applicants into your chosen platform to seamlessly integrate with your existing recruitment process.

The screening process involves the vetting of all the information recorded by the candidate, as well as additional insight into their suitability for their needs as below.
