What Is Credentialing and Interview Coordination?

Once a candidate has been screened and shortlisted, our Hiring Support team assists with coordinating interviews between you and the candidate and collects the required documentation to confirm the candidate meets your organisation's compliance standards. Every document is reviewed before it reaches you, so you can move forward with confidence.

What the Credentialing Support Includes

The following documents are collected and reviewed for each candidate before placement:

  1. Two referee details -- contact information for two work-related referees is obtained and provided for your records.
  2. Qualification documents -- relevant professional qualifications are collected and verified.
  3. Certification documents -- industry certifications applicable to the role are gathered and confirmed.
  4. Academic and registration documents -- academic credentials and current professional registration documents are reviewed and provided.
  5. Vaccination and immunisation documents -- immunisation records relevant to healthcare workplace requirements are collected.
  6. Current police check and tribunal, legal, and complaints checks -- a current police check is obtained along with any relevant tribunal, legal, or complaints history checks.
  7. Working with Children checks -- where applicable to the role, current Working with Children checks are collected and confirmed.
  8. 100 points of ID and licences -- identity is verified to 100 points and any relevant licences are sighted and recorded.
  9. Visa status and work rights documents -- the candidate's visa status and legal right to work in Australia are confirmed and documented.

What Interview Coordination Includes
