Free Hiring allows you to post a job at no cost and receive direct applications from healthcare professionals on the platform. There are no upfront fees and no contract. It is a solid starting point for employers filling a one-off role or trialling the platform for the first time.

What is Premium Hiring?

Premium Hiring is a paid subscription that gives you a full set of tools to promote your roles, build your employer brand, reach out directly to candidates on the platform, and access a dedicated account manager. It is designed for healthcare employers who are hiring regularly and want to do more than post and wait.

What do you get with Premium Hiring?

  • Featured job promotion: Your listing is promoted on the platform with your logo, images, and a workplace video to help attract more of the right applicants.
  • Featured Employer profile: A dedicated profile on the Employer Search Portal so healthcare professionals can find and follow your organisation before they even apply.
  • Direct candidate outreach: Use your 20 monthly Connection Credits to search for professionals who match your criteria and message them directly about available roles.
  • Employer branding articles: Publish content about your workplace culture, values, and team to build your reputation within the HealthcareLink professional community.
  • Dedicated account manager: A real person available by phone and email to help with job postings, content, and anything else related to your hiring activity on the platform.
  • Hiring Support discount: Premium members receive 10% discount on Hiring Support fees and priority access to in-demand candidates when extra help is needed.
