Our client is seeking a female GP to join their long-established practice in Chermside, following the relocation of one of their female doctors to another site. This presents an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported role with an existing patient base and the flexibility to choose between mixed or private billing. A permanent, dedicated consulting room is available, with capacity to fill a full-time equivalent load immediately.

The practice has been serving the community since 1997 and operates Monday to Friday, 7.00am–5.30pm (closed weekends and public holidays). It offers 15 consulting rooms, a balanced male/female GP ratio, and comprehensive treatment facilities, including a four-bed treatment room, two theatre rooms, a baby room, and two CDM rooms. Patients benefit from access to allied health services such as dietetics, podiatry, psychology, and audiometry, supported by a team of seven staff.

Doctors are supported with Best Practice clinical software, generous remuneration at 65% of billings, and a guarantee of the higher of $160 per hour or 30% commission fee for the first three months. Current billing rates range from $80–$97 for standard consultations and $120–$145 for long consultations. The practice also provides:
