A Registered Practice Nurse is required to join this newly established medical centre in Altona, North VIC. You require current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in private practice would be highly regarded. You will assist the Medical Practitioner in delivering medical service and be a strong multi-tasker.
Experience with Care Plans and Health Assessments and a minimum 12 months nursing experience in a hospital or primary care setting are necessary.
Your role would include:
- Maintaining recall and reminder system
- Wound care
- Immunisations and procedures
- Assisting doctors with chronic disease management
