About the Role
The administration/reception role sees you working with a range of clients; private, Medicare, TAC, Workcover companies, and employees. You will be using our Cliniko booking system to manage appointment list for 10 clinicians, managing onsite and offsite bookings, invoicing, taking phone calls, taking payments, communicating with physios, communicating our services, data entry and other administrative tasks. Comprehensive training in this area will be provided.
A fun, welcoming, friendly personality, who can work under pressure and maintain professionalism is required. Multi-tasking and flexibility are a big part of this role.
