Commence working in a full-time capacity and join a small practice which experiences high flux in patient numbers during peak season from Boxing Day through to Easter. Joining the only clinic in the buzzing arts community of Lorne, you will be supported by a highly experienced FRACGP, practice nurse and administration team.
The clinic is collocated and owned by the community hospital and you will be required to hold VMO responsibilities. Requirements for after-hours and on-call are completed on a rotational roster. Free accommodation is provided for on-call participation.
Strong attention to patient management and a commitment to the community will see you quickly develop a patient base.

An existing clinic, collocated within the community hospital, is the only general practice in Lorne. A broad scope of treatments within general practice and general medicine are attended to which reflect the local population demographic. As a reputable tourist destination, Lorne swells from a population of 900 to 25,000 during peak season. Weekend clinics are provided during peak season.
An AGPAL accredited teaching practice, the clinic prides itself on having a good team environment where patient management and the community come first. A range of allied health services are available in clinic and in the hospital to provide holistic treatments to the community.
A personally tailored induction will be delivered to seamlessly transition you into the clinic.
