You will commence working in a busy, new clinic that brings a new approach to the provision of primary healthcare to the local community.

A pleasant work environment which has a strong technological aspect, you will work alongside the incumbent doctor to assist in decreasing the current patient wait-time.

As the clinic has a particular focus on skin cancer medicine, your experience and/or interest in this field will be highly regarded. Other procedural interests can be accommodated.  Your focus on good quality health outcomes for your patients will assist you to become an integral member of the team and contribute to growing the clinic and its well-founded reputation.

  • AHPRA registration

  • Accident and emergency skills

The Package

Working as an independent contractor you will receive:

  • 75% of billings

  • Higher percentage for participation in after-hours

Practice Details:

This newly established medical centre is a general practice clinic with a special interest in skin cancer management and prevention.

An AGPAL accredited and computerised practice comprising of three consulting rooms there is currently one incumbent doctor supported by two practice nurses, administration staff and a practice manager.

The clinic is committed to providing a warm, comfortable and happy workplace. The amenities include features such as staff shower facilities, private deck and touch-free motion sensing dispensers. Each consulting room is equipped with electrically height adjustable couches and electric height adjustable sit-stand desks for staff.

Health services available at the clinic include skin cancer medicine, podiatry, heart disease and diabetic care, chronic disease management, women’s health, men’s health, occupational health, wound management, medication reviews and a raft of other services available in general practice.

Open Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5:00pm there are future plans to accommodate weekend work and currently there is an after-hours aspect completed by the incumbent doctor.
