About the role
In this senior leadership position, you will guide the delivery of high-quality, specialist clinical services in line with NSW Health standards. You’ll play a critical role in shaping service excellence and driving innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating SAS and VAN services, including the VAN on-call model
- Providing advanced clinical supervision, consultation, and professional support
- Driving service development, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Building strong partnerships with NSW Police, DCJ, NGOs, Aboriginal-led organisations, and internal programs
- Influencing statewide policy, planning, and strategic initiatives
- This role is ideal for a decisive, compassionate, and collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is deeply committed to improving outcomes for people experiencing violence, abuse, and neglect.
