Administration Officer
Located approximately 20km west of Sydney’s CBD in the culturally vibrant suburb of Granville, this specialized private day surgery facility focuses on high-quality endoscopy services across two modern operating theatres. The organization is currently seeking an outstanding Administration Officer to join its professional and friendly team in a permanent or contract capacity (depending on the final selection process). This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact within the reception area, where the officer liaises across all departments to ensure an efficient, accurate, and welcoming admissions process for every patient.
Role Responsibilities and Essential Criteria
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to both patients and clinical staff. To be successful in this position, the applicant must demonstrate impeccable personal presentation and a meticulous attention to detail. Essential qualifications include:

Communication & Service: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills paired with an exceptional understanding of customer service principles.

Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing outstanding time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize a demanding workload.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and various database software systems.

Compliance: A valid National Police Check certificate (no older than 3 months) and a current Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for commencement.
