The Role

You will provide assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation services for adults with neurological and acquired communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Services are delivered across community, clinic, and telehealth settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for adults with neurological and acquired conditions
  • Manage a varied caseload funded through NDIS, iCare, Aged Care, and private referrals
  • Deliver therapy for communication, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and voice disorders, including neurogenic and functional voice presentations
  • Collaborate with families, carers, support teams, medical specialists, and allied health professionals
  • Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
  • Work independently while being supported by a highly experienced senior clinical team

About You

You are an experienced clinician who enjoys working with complex adult presentations and is committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with adult clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing neurological rehabilitation caseloads
  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

Desirable

  • Experience working with NDIS, iCare, and Aged Care funding streams
  • SPEAK OUT!® certification or willingness to obtain certification
