Aged Care Nurse – Full Time (All Adelaide, SA)

As an Aged Care Nurse within our supportive network, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate holistic care for older people, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and supporting families. This full-time position offers flexible hours and structured training programs to deepen clinical skills and leadership capability. You will be empowered to deliver evidence-based practice and to champion dignity, independence and safety for every client.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, chronic disease management and palliative support.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision based on your seniority level.
• Coordinate with allied health, GPs and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Australian aged care standards.
• Promote a person-centered approach that respects cultural diversity and individual preferences.

• Registered Nurses with 2+ years’ experience in aged care or related fields; applications welcome across experience levels up to 30+ years.
• Australian citizens or permanent residents with valid registration to practice in Australia.
• Strong clinical reasoning, effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Leaders and clinicians with demonstrated capability for team development, supervision and mentorship are encouraged to apply.
