About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is vital to the smooth operation of the clinic and involves administrative support for our therapists and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming patients and families to the clinic
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Booking and confirming appointments
• Managing client records and payments
• Liaising with therapists and healthcare providers
• General office administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as an allied health receptionist (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient with medical or practice management software (e.g., Cliniko, Halaxy)
• Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
