About the Opportunity

Due to very high patient demand in the after hours space an accredited AMDS service is needing more VR or Non-VR GPs to join their network of after hours doctors in providing quality healthcare to patients in the convenience and comfort of their home, or residential facilities on behalf of their regular GP. The purpose of this role is to attend to urgent cases which do not warrant a visit to the hospital emergency department and cater to patients who are less mobile and unable to leave their homes to see a GP. Doctors who are working towards completing their fellowship on a training program and have limitations as to where they can work are eligible to APPLY as this service is 3GA approved and supports the requirements of 19ab. Shifts are allocated across weekends, weeknights, public holidays and can be flexible to fit around your personal commitments.
