An exciting opportunity exists for a Neuropsychologist/ Educational and Developmental Psychologist/ Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist/ or Psychologist Registrar to join the consultants at Bowen Hills Psychology in January 2021. The practice has experienced a high degree of growth in a short period of time, and we are seeking a professional who wishes to focus predominantly on conducting psychological assessments with children and adults. We have a strong referral base of individuals wishing to complete assessments for Autism, ADHD, and other Neurodevelopmental disorders. New graduates are welcome to apply.

We are looking for:
·A warm and professional colleague who can balance working autonomously with participation in team and networking functions.
·A fully registered psychologist who has undertaken an approved clinical psychology pathway towards registration (4 year degree with honours + minimum two years higher degree or supervised practice pathway).
·Own indemnity insurance, income protection insurance, ABN, and Medicare provider number.
·Beginning two days per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays available), with the opportunity to build in the future.
·The capacity to engage in light administration duties (e.g., taking of payments after hours)
·A high level of written and verbal communication skills; and effective time management and organisational skills.
·In depth knowledge of (or willingness to enhance skills in) a range of psychological assessment tools including the ADOS-2, Weschler scales, PAI, and neuropsychological measures such as the NEPSY-II and D-KEFS. Familiarity with questionnaires including the BRIEF, Conners, ABAS-3, SRS-2 and ASRS will also be important.
