Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for someone to work 15-25 hours per week with flexibility in their schedule and is wanting to be a part of taking people's health to the next level. If you have previous experience in service, hospitality or reception work that would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing patient flow in the office
• OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments) and compliance
• Time-keeper for the office.
• In charge of incoming calls and instrumental in setting the patients expectations for their appointment (i.e.: scan, report, consult, x-ray and/or exam).
• Prepare and lead beginning shift Huddle
• Managing the ‘state’ of the office
• Check patients in
• Manage Patient Appointments
• Inform Doctors of Patient Arrivals for Special Appointments
• Set goals with patients and work with them to achieve them
