Clinic Administrator/ Medical Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Clinic Administrator will be responsible supporting the three clinics in day to day clinic operations:

Managing invoicing for doctors across the three clinics

Assist clinics with enrolment and membership renewal
-
Providing technical support to clinics - clinical software, printing. Liaise with IT service providers where needed

Maintain company hardware and software

Maintaining training records and training staff in operational procedures and use of technology

General office duties
-
Providing some receptionist support - answering and screening calls, booking appointments, greeting members
-
Supporting Operations Director in implementation of policies and procedures
SKILLS:
-
Previous experience working in general practice

Understanding of medicare payment system
-
Highly Organised, energetic, efficient worker, keen to learn at a fast pace

Excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communications

Can-do attitude and able to own and solve problems

Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a start-up environment

Capacity to communicate succinctly and effectively

Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
