We are seeking a highly organized and versatile leader to oversee the daily operations in our modern dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the practice.
- Handle communications with patients and respond to enquiries or concerns.
- Oversee patient bookings and appointment confirmations.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
- Manage front desk tasks including HICAPS terminal, billing, and insurance verification.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working in a customer centric role in a private healthcare practice.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in practice management software.·Knowledge of standards for practice compliance, especially infection control protocols.
