Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the practice.
• Handle communications with patients and respond to enquiries or concerns.
• Oversee patient bookings and appointment confirmations.
• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
• Manage front desk tasks including HICAPS terminal, billing, and insurance verification.

• Proven experience working in a customer centric role in a private healthcare practice.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in practice management software.·Knowledge of standards for practice compliance, especially infection control protocols.
