Clinical Manager

Our friendly and dedicated team at Chelsea, Maryborough are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join the team.  Located just 20 minutes from idyllic beaches, and surrounded by historic towns and with some of the world’s best attractions at our doorstep, it's no wonder our residents make Chelsea their home.

Assisting the Residential Manager, you will provide leadership for all clinical 
staff in addition to managing all clinical aspects of the facility including ACFI and clinical governance in addition to continuing hands-on nursing across the facility.   

As Clinical Manager, you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)
• Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Demonstrated leadership of employees, clinical governance, and ACFI
• Strong communication skill at all levels
• Current national police check (or the ability to obtain one) 
• Evidence of Australian work rights  
• 2022 Flu Vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
• COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
