About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader Podiatrist to join our client's growing team. This leadership position will suit a Podiatrist who is ready to take the next step in their career, providing both clinical expertise and team guidance across our clinics. In this role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of podiatrists
• Manage clinical standards and ensure best practices across the team
• Oversee patient care plans and contribute to complex cases
• Continue to provide hands-on podiatry services to your own patient caseload
• Contribute to service development and clinic growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent)
• General AHPRA registration
• Extensive clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team coordination skills
• Strong diagnostic and biomechanical assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care
