Employee – full-time or part-time

• $90K–$110K + super and leave entitlements
• 5 billable hours/day – achievable targets, time to invest in yourself
• Two mental health days per year – because we practise what we preach

• Uncapped bonuses – earn 10% above target, rising to 25% the more you achieve

Contractor

• Run your own OT business with full infrastructure behind you

Prefer working with veterans? Love paediatric NDIS? Want a mix of everything? We'll tailor your caseload to match your interests and clinical strengths – not just fill your diary with whatever comes in.

New to an area like DVA or complex NDIS? No problem – we'll train you up and add a new string to your bow. Your growth is part of the deal.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong communication skills
• A car and valid driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia
