Employee – full-time or part-time
- $90K–$110K + super and leave entitlements
- 5 billable hours/day – achievable targets, time to invest in yourself
- Two mental health days per year – because we practise what we preach
- annual PD allowance
- Uncapped bonuses – earn 10% above target, rising to 25% the more you achieve
Contractor
- Run your own OT business with full infrastructure behind you
- Steady stream of referrals without the marketing headache
- Admin, scheduling & operational support all sorted
- Keep your independence with none of the isolation
- Build your business skills with those who've done it before
Choose Your Caseload
Prefer working with veterans? Love paediatric NDIS? Want a mix of everything? We'll tailor your caseload to match your interests and clinical strengths – not just fill your diary with whatever comes in.
New to an area like DVA or complex NDIS? No problem – we'll train you up and add a new string to your bow. Your growth is part of the deal.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills
- A car and valid driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
